- Shipping Policy
- We will ship all products via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail. All Online orders will be processed within 24 hours except on holidays and weekends.
- Returns & Refunds

Returns with Refunds are gladly accepted under these guidelines*:
1. Buyer requests authorization to return an item via phone or email, describing reason for return or refund. Prior authorization is required before Prescott Spas, LLC will issue a refund.
2. Item is returned/shipped (date of shipment) within 7 days of buyer receiving authorization to return the item.
3. Buyer pays for return shipment of item – unless Prescott Spas, LLC shipped the incorrect product or part. In such cases, Prescott Spas LLC will pay for Return Shipment via a Return Authorization shipping label sent to Buyer (via mail or email).
4. Item must be returned in its original packaging, and unused.
5. Item must be the original item sent to Buyer.
6. There is a 15% restocking fee that is applied to all approved returns (except for in cases in which Prescott Spas, LLC sent the incorrect product/part to the Buyer)
7. We aim to satisfy our customer’s spa needs. If you have any questions, complaints, and or suggestions, we are happy to hear from you.
* Note: we do not accept returns for spa chemical purchases online. Please make sure to order the correct chemicals per product information. If in doubt, please call our store prior to ordering chemicals online.

Since opening for business online in 2004 we have taken security seriously and are always updating our encryption methods. Our website is encrypted on and secured on any page that asks for your credit card information. We also have our internal networks encrypted and hardwired so information can not be breeched at this level either.
