Half Hour Consultation with a HotSpring (Watkins) or Jacuzzi Hot Tub Technician. Hot Tubs this service will include are: All Watkins Made Spas, consisting of HotSpring, Tiger River, Limelight, HotSpot, and Solana spas, and all Jacuzzi Hot Tubs 2002 - Current.

Need Assistance with your spa?  Are you a Do-It-Yourself'er and just want to know what to check on your hot tub, some tips on repairs, questions about spa operation and maintenance?  This is your chance to get undivided time with an Authorized HotSpring and Jacuzzi Hot Tub Certified Technician.

We have found that many of our customers can SAVE money by performing spa repairs and services on their own. And, rather than playing "Parts Roulette", let a certified technician explain what to check, parts to install and how to install them, possible remedies, and troubleshooting.  Most spa problems are easily diagnosed over the phone, and we can save hundreds on service calls and travel charges.

HOW THIS WORKS:

1.  Customer purchases the 1/2 hour consultation via our e-store (note: we have found that a half-hour is average to troubleshoot for initial spa troubleshooting and follow up. We will NOT charge more if it goes over the half-hour. The time just allows the technician to block out the half hour to provide you with undivided attention to answer questions, and give you some tips).  All follow-up consultation calls within a week of the initial consultation purchased are FREE.

2.  Once the order comes through, Prescott Spas Service Center will follow up by email (make sure to include your email and phone number in the checkout process) to schedule the half-hour consultation that is most convenient for the customer. What we will need to know prior to the half-hour consultation (this information the customer will need to provide via follow-up email):

• Serial Number of Hot Tub (SN may be located on your sales information, or will be on a decal inside your spa's equipment compartment, attached to the spa shell wall.  If the Serial Number cannot be located, please provide spa Manufacturer, Model Name, and Year.
• What kind of power is your hot tub running on -- 110/115V or 220/240V?
• Install Date (if you are the original owner)
• Best day and time to call (provide a 1-hour block of time for our tech to call. Note: consultations are performed between the hours of 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Weekdays, Arizona Time.
  

3.  Customer would then respond to Prescott Spas with a best time to call and the phone number to call. The technician will call at that time to provide expertise on your spa. Note: All follow-up consultation calls within a week of the initial consultation purchased are free. Note: Consultations are performed between the hours of 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Weekdays, Arizona Time.

4.  If the consultation results in the customer ordering any parts from Prescott Spas the customer will receive a 10% discount on the parts (also, if items are shipped outside of AZ then there is no tax charged on the sale!). Disclaimer: parts, water care products, filters must be ordered within 1 month of the consultation to be eligible for the 10% discount.
